Each night before I go to bed

I pray to God as I bow my head

To keep you safe while

you're on the road

Working so hard to deliver

your loads

Away from your families

for days on end

Please Lord won't you

watch over them

I ask Him to place Angels

by your side

To watch over you as

you drive

Holding you close within

their arms and keeping

you safe from any harm

You see Lord....

these truckers are very

special to me and

like no others
